I've had "The Quiller Memorandum" in my TBR list forever and finally tracked down a copy. All I can say is that it must be considered essential for any fan of spy fiction. It won the Edgar Award nearly 60 years ago and I certainly understand why.

This setting for this novel is Berlin, 15 years post WWII's end. Quiller is employed by 'the Bureau', a Brit entity trying to both locate ex-Nazis and prevent them from regaining power. He's been successful in bringing many bad guys to justice but needs
