At the same time, Putin has again charged another billionaire industrialist with crimes, in a power play to probably get his company. The world may be on the brink of a new cold war. It is fertile ground for a top notch spy novelist.

Continues the story of Thomas Kell and his boss, Amelia Levene. A good mole spy story between SIS and the cousins, but not as good as another country's exploitation of a long-lost son in A Foreign Country. The plot keeps you guessing, though I think the love interest with Rachel didn't seem necessary.
