Honestly, you'd only kind of enjoy this book if you're a fan of the show. If i wasn't, I would've never given this book a chance. It's a fun book if you're invested in the characters of the show and [SPOILER] you'd like the 2 main characters to get together. The storyline of the book on the other hand, was all over the place. It's not very interesting in my opinion. If you're a Castle fan, books from this series is just a way to relive some favorite moments from the show.

I really like this novels, I enjoy too much reading and comparing notes to what happens on the show. All the meta stuff, is great and you might recognize a thing or two from the "real" world.

An excellent follow up to the first book! Thrilling also incorporated the "research" from the 12th very well.
