It’s your typical hate-to-love office romance, and I loved the banter and chemistry between the two main characters.
I listened to this on audiobook and thoroughly enjoyed it! I caught myself smiling and giggling while listening to it. It's got humour, romance, drama, banter and a whole lot of angst. Enemies to lovers is my favourite trope and these books are always on the top of my tbr. I really liked the writing, it was an easy read. Would have given four stars to this one if not for the author’s obsession with height. Throughout the book there are several mentions of Josh’s(the male protagonist) height and how big he is in comparison to Lucy (the female protagonist). Unfortunately, this book did not live up to my expectations. I had trouble liking the characters and never felt the chemistry between them. I felt like the whole book was leading up to a huge ending, and I was left unsatisfied.
