one of the most brilliant books ever written :)
it talks about a journey undertaken by bilbo baggins a hobbit with a bunch of dwarves and a wizard to regain the dwarf kingdom of erebor
the writings of JRR tolkien are amazing i especially link the songs and poems everything rhymes and the word used are simple so no need to be an english professor to understand
but while reading the book when the dwarves at the beginning needed a thief i was like why do you need a thief to transport a huge treasure ...more

What a GREAT journey!
I was not in rush reading this before. However, after reading
... I was so excited to read more of Tolkien's works. I didn't regret it. I was more than satisfied after reading it.

It is more than a novel. This is an EPIC adventure. It follows the adventure of a Hobbit named Bilbo. He had some wits, as well as luck and a magic ring- and all three are very useful possessions.
