"He made me love him without looking at me."

I really fell in love with this story and heroine, even the hero, who I wanted to yell at many a time. The story wasn't as I expected it to be, which was a pleasant surprise. Incredible. I learned while reading the book that Charlotte likely wrote much about her own life in Jane Eyre. It was very interesting learning about the Brontë sisters while readding and seeing the connections like "-shire" lol. I throuroughly enjoyed the ending and I'm happy to say that Jane Eyre was the only book with a happy ending I've read so far this year! ...more
