What Members Thought

Tui's work is amazing, with an unhurried yet dense storyline that leaves you wanting more. With that being said, this is the absolutely worst yet. Books 1-5 were creative, clever, and humorous. Books 6-10 were slow, boring, and repetitive. After mary-sue Moon, we get grumpy Winter, annoying Peril, and cowardly Turtle. I read this book a year ago, it was really nice it wasn't a short book but I finished it in a day (had nothing to do) and I think if you like the wings of fire series or just dragons in general you should read this book and this series.
