I enjoyed reading more about Ennek and Miner, but this story seemed to float along without much of a point. There was a lot more descriptions about the world around them than any substantive action. Frankly I think the thing that bugged me the most was how many times these two walked into a situation they knew was likely to be dangerous, with absolutely no plan, and really not even with any expectation of what might go wrong. this was a good book. I really enjoy Kim Fielding's books she has an imagination and a writing style that you can imagine like a film. I especially enjoy her relationships she builds between the two main characters together.
