As good as any Rick Riordan book or short story -this book being more of the latter-, The Son of Sobek is brilliant, funny and thrilling. The crossover between Percy Jackson and The Kane Chronicles that everyone expected does not disappoint. This story contains a good amount of the silly humor and bad jokes that everyone loves so much about Rick Riordan. There was not a single page that didn't get a smile out of me!
