The allegorical plot in the book expressively represents the events of the Russian Revolution. There were many inner messages focusing on the circumstances of the period of which three were most important: (1) deprivations of human rights during the Czar reign, (2) the socialist ideologies of Karl Marx that gave people hope, which later transpired into the revolution against Imperialism, and (3) disappointments and suffering of the people of Russia under Stalin’s (Napoleon) Communist regime. Great novel!!!! I loved that it teaches a lesson that there is no such a thing as utopia. Sooner or later thoughts and ideas become corrupt. It was brilliant how the author managed to imply the core principles of communism
upon the animals. This book portrays moral lesson how with great power comes great responsibility. Everyone has to be careful and be able to distinguish whether the government manipulates or really is trying to make the society better. Major themes? Power hungriness, corruption ...more

I love how this book shows that no matter how perfect a world someone tries to create, there will never be a perfect Utopia. Everyone wont ever be perfect.
I find it funny that the ones that ruled were pigs, when pigs are usually shown as a bad image in society. And it was supposed to be of the Russain Revolution, so it was like the rulers of that time were like pigs. Maybe because of their dirty work?

George Orwell should definitely be honored for writing such an excellent book. Animal Farm was absolutely spectacular. Using animals to represent people from the Russian Revolution was such a genius/humorous idea. It allowed me to have a much clearer understanding of the Russian Revolution. My favorite character hands down would definitely be Boxer. He was a dedicated, loyal and hard worker and I truly admired that. My least favorite was definitely Napoleon. He was extremely demanding, self-cent

Animal Farm is one of the most interesting book about animals. My best character is snowball(a pig), this book has a great significance in many issues. Firstly the aspect of rebellion for freedom, in which the animals rebel to gain thier freedom. Also an aspect of team work when all animals in animal farm work together for the betterment of themselves. Also an aspect of selfcenterness, selfishness which was found in Naploen, this aspects were very bad.I really like this book becuase when you re

This book was a clear example of Stalinization occuring within the Soviet. Orwell used animals to describe how Stalin tried to modernize and equalize the Soviet Union. He gave examples of Stalin's propaganda and the secret police. I believe Orwell was brillant, when he chose animals to act out and carry out examples of Stalin's version Russia. It was simple and ingenius; he made it possible for any idiot to understand what Stalin was doing in the Soviet Union. George Orwell is a brillant, incred

This was a really good book. I mean it looks like a children book but it has so much hidden messages about the Russian Revolution. I was amazed by how Orwell was able to tell the people what was happening during that period. This book is about animals in a farm that overthrows the human owner and makes their own type to government. But like all other previous government in history the power gets to the ruler's head. This causes many problems in the farm. If you want to know the rest u should re

This novel was an excellent representation of the the Stalin rule in Russia and other parts of Europe. The unique analogy unique analogy showed that humans are to oppressors as animals are to humans. It displayed many of Karl Marx's ideas through the pig old major. It was an interesting story, showing that no matter how much all humans may want to be equal to each other, at the same time, it is always a competition of intelligence and wit. The so called utopia shown in the novel ended up being t

The way George Orwell orchestrates this allegory is quite interesting. I enjoyed how he took the current events of his surroundings, and the society of that time, and incorporated animals to supplant the real rulers/people's presence. I enjoyed all the twists and turns some of the characters take in this novel, even though I had some knowledge of it beforehand. I would recommend this book to all avid readers of historical novels, this one will not let you down.

I like this book, Animal Farm by Geroge Orwell because I found it interesting how Geroge connected his story WW2. Reading this book helped me have a better understanding of World War II. And geroge's point of view at the end as comparing humans to the animal is somewhat true.I find that true because how the people during was fighting over land.I would like to reccommend this book to any reader, especially if you are studying World war II.

This book was cool because it was not really about animals. Different animals in the book represented and important figure in the Russian Revolution. It was an alright novel, sometimes it was intriguing when it there was action, other times it was a bit confusing. It was interesting to see how slowly one good idea ends up being the doom of everyone else.

This book is an example of communism. The story is set on a farm where the animals rule over the area and everyone is equal. As the farm grows the pigs become the leaders of the farm and make things the way that best suits them. By the end of the story the pigs true colors become revealed to the farm.

Windmill is meaningful figure in this book. Windmill symbolize power, whoever control the windmill would be in charge of the farm. Therefore, windmill represents Animal Farm and it creates a full sense of pride.
Whenever anything happen, animals blame Snowball. They do this on purpose because of fear, they don’t know what to do. They try to blame someone for what is going wrong, so that they can continue to live in the situation.

I also read Animal Farm in 8th grade. This book were interesting. It was interesting because the animals actualy had personalities ass humans. The ironic thing about the animals is that they hated the humans but thoughout the book they started to act more about them. I reccomend this book to everybody.
