3.5? I enjoyed talking about it afterwords with a friend and I suspect as a book club book, the theories would be intense and fun
Hard to talk through that without huge spoilers so. Gothic with some intense dread at parts. Surprisingly enjoyable throughout (I usually get frustrated/bored with historical fiction featuring Suffering Women, entirely my own issue)
