It was a well-written and frightening book. The struggles to survive sucked me in and made me really feel for the characters. It was a struggle to keep reading at one point because it was so bleak, but I'm glad I persevered. I will read the next two books in the trilogy because now I'm invested in learning what will happen to everyone! ...more
