The 3 star rating is a result of poor book selection by myself, and not a reflection of the writer's work. It was actually pretty good; however, far too much war strategy talk for me (this is why it's my fault, hello, war is in the title). Also, it may be because most of the people interviewed were military types but all the characters had the same voice and it was hard to tell them apart at times. Other than that I liked it. I thought this book was good but there ia a lot of boring parts. Most of it is just talking, dont get me wrong talkings great, but this book its all just too boring. I felt he added swear words for no reason at all, which was annoying. And there wasnt enough action for my liking. But of you like realistic zombie books, you will love world war z.
