What Members Thought

This is one of the two books that have really helped me shape my political opinions. The extremism of the government in this book and the way that the characters either conform or rebel. As a firm believer in the government being smaller rather than larger, this was a book that helped me realize where I stand in the early years. Having to read this book in the 9th grade was a great way to open my eyes and make me understand where I fit on the political spectrum.

First book read in 2014!
This book was incredible. It really made me think about things. About the way society is, about how important knowledge and books are. How a single life of a person can touch so many! I was sad that it ended, I really wanted to read more and how Montag went on in his life, and if the world in Fahrenheit changed for the better.
There are so many amazing, inspiring quotes in this book. Definitely one of my favourites.
