The book is about a doctor named Daniel Rinaldi that was involved in a police case of a bank robbery. There were several deaths and Daniel had to comfort the only survivor. Daniel nearly died several times as he was trying to talk to the survivor, since the robbers did not want Daniel and the police to find out the truth.
