I had already read one of the other Lost Loves Of The Bible books so I rather knew what to expect from Ginger Garrett. I wasn't disappointed at all by Chosen. I do have to admit that Esther was a bit easier to root for than Jezebel was.

At first I didn't think I'd like the Dear Diary format of this book, but guess what...Ginger Garrett pulled it off. I got totally sucked into the story of Queen Esther and King Xerxes. There's lots of historical fact woven into the fiction and it gives a fresh view on the relationship between Esther and the King.
