This story was so much more than a tale of the weight loss from The Biggest Loser - this story showed how God can transform your life in so many ways as soon as you welcome him in. I really enjoyed her personal story & felt really close to some of my struggles she described in my own life. Great read - I loved it & will likely read again.
Inspirational journey of finding forgiveness, healing broken relationships, and fighting fears and insecurities. If you're looking for a book on the how-tos of Michelle's weight loss this isn't it. But if you're looking for an inspiring journey on finding freedom from the things that bind us, I recommend Aguilar's book.
