This is the story of a cat who lives on Blossom Street, a street in an English town. He doesn't belong to anyone and again he belongs to everyone. There is one house he doesn't visit. In fact, no one visits.
The book is about communities and friendship and how cats cross the divides that people set up and bring down social walls.
The story was sweet and the pictures are drawn in a way that I think children will like. However, I personally don't rate the illustrations as that great artistically.
