There is nothing better than revisiting a couple that your adore. I fell in love with Jonathan and Monica and it was by the very beautiful and lyrical words of this author. I had read all these shorts except for the new one. So as I reread the old ones, it made me fall in love all over again with this extraordinarily perfect couple. Jonathan and Monica Drazen made me fall in love with romance. They showed me just how emotionally complex, challenging and sexy the genre could be, and I’ve never looked back. CD Reiss has a gift for taking mere words and making them sing with an ebb and flow that lives in your heart long after you reach the end.
