This book smashingly good. The first book in the series is Sorrid but you don't have to read it to get into Torrid. Should you, well of course.
Is this book like book one of the series? No. This book is really well written and each time I read from this author you can tell she is growing. I'm really disappointed in Amazon and any book retailer that prevented book one, Sorrid, in the series to not be available to the public. I am a fan of all things Nikki Sloane. Torrid was no exception. I loved Oksana and Vasjile's story! The musical element made it all the more intriguing. I loved how Oksana was strong and determined.
