WOW! I'm on a ROLL!!! WANDERLUST was INCREDIBLE! Definitely one of the best rock star romances I've read in a very long time. I just hope this turns into a series because I WANT MORE!
This was a downright DELICIOUS read, full of scorching hot sex and witty and sexy banter with every turn of the page. Aubrey and Lex's chemistry on and off the stage was combustible! Aubrey was out of her element with this story she was stuck with, and Lex had NO PROBLEM making her feel on edge the entire time. But WOW! I'm on a ROLL!!! WANDERLUST was INCREDIBLE! Aubrey was out of her element with this story she was stuck with, and Lex had NO PROBLEM making her feel on edge the entire time. But she did hold her own through the thick of it, and I wanted to high-five that girl on multiple occasions for some of the shit she had to put up with. Lex wanted Aubrey, when she was just the gorgeous girl he pulled on stage, but when he found out who she really was, all bets were off. He would make her run away from doing this story no matter what. He can't afford to let the world know what goes on backstage. When he finds out that Aubrey is not so easily swayed, he steps up his game and his goal is to get her in his bed.

"Tell me yes," he said, his lips brushing against the sensitive spot behind her ear. "Tell me you want me."

Things only get more complicated from there. Lex isn't the kind of guy to settle down. Or so he keeps telling himself that. But something about the little vixen has him wishing he could be that guy for her...the kind of guy that could love this woman.

"I wish I was a guy who could stick around. I could love a girl like you."

Total SWOON alert, am I right? Both Aubrey and Lex knows that there is no happily ever after in the stars for them, so why not make the best of it. But it only makes them fall deeper, which makes the goodbye that much harder.

I LOVED every single thing about this book. Roni Loren has always been a favorite of mine with her Loving on the Edge novels, but my god, giving us WANDERLUST was an amazing treat. Red HOT and bursting with emotion, makes WANDERLUST a book that should be on every romance reader's TBR!

I thought this one was cute. Lex is pretty hot and Aubrey isn't an annoying whiny heroine. So yeah it's kind if predictable but thought it was entertaining. Will defo read more from this author.

Wanderlust by Roni Loren gives us Aubrey and Lex. Two people who on the surface could not be any more different. Aubrey walks the straight and narrow and Lex does as he pleases, when he pleases. Thus begins the story of the good girl meets the notorious bad boy. Cue in sparks flying everywhere and the chemistry drips off the pages.

Aubrey Bordelon leads a very structured life. She has her goals and lives by her own enforced strict rules. Many years ago she had one night of rebellion and it turne Wanderlust by Roni Loren gives us Aubrey and Lex. Two people who on the surface could not be any more different. Aubrey walks the straight and narrow and Lex does as he pleases, when he pleases. Thus begins the story of the good girl meets the notorious bad boy. Cue in sparks flying everywhere and the chemistry drips off the pages.

Now she strives to be the good girl everyone expects and avoids anything that could get her into bad situations. But is she missing too much of life this way?

Lex, the lead singer for the band Wanderlust, who is really taking off now, is the personification of the rocker bad boy. He enjoys all the perks with no regrets. Especially with the female fans. He makes no promises, but gives them exactly what they ask for. Win-win.

Until the day he brings one fan onto the stage in New Orleans and the sparks fly everywhere. No one is safe. Until Lex realizes Aubrey is the reporter sent to cover the band for an upcoming article. Lex does not want her getting to close and discovering the secrets they are trying to hide. But how to scare her off?

Maybe all she needs is one night in his bed. But he soon learns Aubrey is professional and takes her job very serious. Nothing will get in her way. Even the sexy lead singer who keeps getting under her skin. Lex on the other hand believes he can get her out of his mind after one night. But will one night be enough?

But he is not willing to promise more. As a rock star, he is never in one place long. He is not built for the long term. Right now is enough for him. On the other hand, Aubree knows she must keep her heart well-guarded. Lex is not the staying kind. Can she let go enough to just enjoy the right now?

I really enjoyed the back and forth between Aubree and Lex. Unlike all the other woman in his life, she did not fall to his feet and offer him everything he wanted. She stood her ground and held firm. But how long can she keep this up when they both know exactly what they want…each other.

A great, sexy summer read, with great characters that pull you right in. Add in some outside drama on both sides and you get one interesting read.

Wanderlust by Roni Loren was a 4-stars read for me.
