I adored this last book in the Crossfire series by Sylvia Day, even though saying farewell to Gideon and Eva was bittersweet.
From the very start of this series, I've been completely and utterly captivated by their beautiful, erotic, tumultuous, intense, passionate and heartfelt love story.
Need, fights, trust, friendship, power, plots, love, speculation, adoration, secrets, devotion, strength, awesomeness, and commitment.

I. AM. NOT. HAPPY. I have loved this series. And it's been so long since I finished the third books I decided to read them all before starting the fourth and I am currently on the third book, AGAIN. NOWWWWW I find out there is a 5th book! How long are we going to wait for that one. Is there a date? I can't find one. To be honest as much as I love this series I never would have restarted it if I was going to have to wait forever ( it seems ) for this series to conclude. Not happy! ...more

I loved this series and felt that the last book did not meet the standards of the previous books. It felt a little forced. I really didn't like Monica being killed. I feel like certain issues were glossed over, such as Christopher, Brett and Corrine. There was all of this build up and then the storyline fell flat. i really hope we get more in the future, whether it be a novella or through Irelands story. ...more

Love Eva and Gideon. They have a love like no other. There connection is one of the strongest you could imagine. They make each other want to be a better person. There love is unstoppable.

3.5 stars ... I love Gideon and have waited for the books in the series, however, this last book was just meh!

I was so disappointed in all the loose ends and mediocre storyline.
