I really enjoyed this one, it was gritty, hot, and full of sexual tension. Ruger and Noah moments were some of my favorite.

What I didn't love...
I didn't really feel the love connection between Sophie and Ruger, especially on Sophie's part. Really it just felt like her lady bits wanted Ruger. I would have liked to see more of an emotional connection, but I will live.

Overall, it was a fun read. I liked it a lot. And, I am really interested to see where Em and Hunter's story ...more

was annoying, I felt like screaming at her, firstly, she don't know speak to the only biker has been caring for her and her son. Secondly, I just wanted to accept her feelings and get on with it instead of pushing him again and again.

Of course, him "keeping it in his pants" thing was a deal-breaker but she would have dealt the issue in a better manner.

Alright

Damn did I want to read this book
I waited hella long to get my paws on this one...seriously..I used to just go on its page and pine after it when I had time..it was THAT serious.

I thought I was gunna love this as much as I enjoyed Reapers property...but honestly this was just MEH

Nothing set this apart..nothing made my heart race..the sex though thats a different story. Even though I dont like angst a lot its necessary (I think) for a book to be awesome/magical/memorable.

Loved it...Loved the story, loved the overline with Horse and will probably love the 3rd one with Em... loved that he put up a fight and didn˙t go down so easy...and I was fine with her reasoning ( sometimes, ok. more than sometimes I have a problem with stupid reasoning of these bitches), and fine with the turmoil.

1st off...absolutely love the way this author writes a story. She knows how to add a lot of characters, issues, drama, but doesn't loose the story line. Something a lot of authors can't do. Also there is a continuance from book 1 & it has the feel like you are watching a movie. I love the character she created as Ruger, big badass Alpha, tattooed, pierced hunk! Now Sophie is not my favorite character, but I really liked her characters development as the story unfolded. ...more

I like Ruger's story, but due to my love for Horse more, I have to give this a lower rating than Book 1 Reaper's Property. Things were hot and the story was solid, but I didn't swoon over Ruger that much.

If you have read book 1, you should be familiar with the background of the Reapers MC gang. They were badass biker, scary as shit, hot as sin and sexy as hell. Joanna Wylde is the fucking QUEEN of MC Romances! Hands Down! I’ve read some fantastic MC Romances in the past, but nothing compares to Joanna Wylde’s work. I was first introduced to Ms. Wylde’s with Reaper’s Property, Book 1 in the Reaper’s MC Series. After finishing that, I was so excited to read more! Reaper’s Legacy came along and just blew my mind. It’s gritty, it’s dramatic, it’s sexy, and so very intoxicating. Ms. Wylde creates this vibrant world full of foul mouth bikers, bad ass chicks, Joanna Wylde is the fucking QUEEN of MC Romances! Hands Down! I’ve read some fantastic MC Romances in the past, but nothing compares to Joanna Wylde’s work. I was first introduced to Ms. Wylde’s with Reaper’s Property, Book 1 in the Reaper’s MC Series. After finishing that, I was so excited to read more! Reaper’s Legacy came along and just blew my mind. It’s gritty, it’s dramatic, it’s sexy, and so very intoxicating. Ms. Wylde creates this vibrant world full of foul mouth bikers, bad ass chicks, and suspenseful circumstances. I will NEVER get enough of the Reaper’s Motorcycle Club! Never!

Let me start off by saying that the Prologue to Reaper’s Legacy had me gasping for air. It’s hilarious, heart-breaking, and beautiful all in one, and that is only the first 15 pages or so. Jump ahead 8 years and we have the beginning of a VERY rocky road between Sophie and Ruger. The only good that came from that one horrible night 8 years ago with Zach Barrett, was her beautiful boy Noah. Screw the rest, no need to remember the shame and the embarrassment that she felt that night. In typical deadbeat dad fashion, Zach is not in the picture, and wants nothing to do with her or her son. When Ruger finds out that Zach cut off his support towards his family, leaving them living in horrible circumstances, he has no choice but to help them. Noah is his nephew, who he helped bring in to this world, and he will not see him suffer because of Noah’s ASS of a father.

Bringing the two to his home and around the Reaper’s MC has not been the easiest of transitions. Sophie wants nothing to do with the club. She doesn’t want that life for her son, but there is something about Ruger that holds her captive to his stubbornness. She has always craved that man, but she is fighting against herself to take things further. Ruger knows nothing about monogamy. He is used to a different slut in his bed every night. He isn’t ashamed and isn’t hiding anything. He is upfront with Sophie, and that is one thing that Sophie will not stand for. They try to stay away from each other, they yell and scream at one another, they throw insults here and there, but nothing can stop the carnal attraction that they have for each other.

❝The fact that my dick’s in its happy place is probably saving your life. Trust me when I say I’m seriously considering’ strangling you, Sophie. Thinking about fuckin’ you helps balance that out.❞

I LOVE it when two characters CAN’T STAND one another, but yet there is this connection between the two that pulls them closer and closer the more angry they get. It’s a constant battle between love and hate, and reading that storyline is just so entertaining. Don’t get me started on Ruger. HOT DAMN that man is SEXY AS SIN! Demanding, stubborn, and raunchy, and I still want to lick every part of him. Because under that big, bad, alpha exterior is a man who only wants to protect what is his, and it’s beautiful to catch him in those fare moments of vulnerability. Sophie was a great match for him in every way. She can take it, and she can dish it out and she makes no excuses about it. She loves hard and she will do anything for her son. It was refreshing to come across a heroine like her.

❝I’m not a knight in shining fucking armor, Sophie.❞

When it comes down to it, this story was all heart. Beautiful, suspenseful, and erotic as hell, Ms. Wylde doesn’t hold back in Reaper’s Legacy. She pulls out the guns every time and gives the readers what they want. Joanna Wylde is an author to drop everything for. She is and will always be on my MUST READ NOW list. Devil’s Game, Book 3 is up next, and I can’t wait for a Reaper’s MC vs. Devil’s Jack showdown of the masses!
