As we approach the dawn of a new Islamic year of 1448, take a moment to check in with yourself and reflect on what you want to improve regarding your deen this upcoming year. This is your reminder that growth in your relationship with Allah isn’t meant to be dramatic or perfect. It’s meant to be steady, sincere, and lived in small, consistent actions. No pressure, no perfection; just honest intention for improvement.🤍

Think about what you want to strengthen in your life: your salah, Qur’an, tawakkul, habits, knowledge, or the state of your heart. No goal is too small. And no goal is too “basic.” Sometimes the most powerful change is literally just staying consistent with the five prayers or reading a few ayat every day when you could’ve easily done nothing.

Below we have some ideas of what you could choose to focus on especially for this year; or, if your goal is something else entirely, that’s also valid. You can have multiple goals, a simple small goal, or a big commitment. The point is direction, not perfection.

Remember the words of the Prophet ﷺ: "The most beloved deeds to Allah are those that are consistent, even if small."

This poll is simply a source of inspiration. Whatever you choose doesn't have to be your only goal for the year, it can simply be the area you'd like to give a little extra attention and effort.
