ABANDONED. 1970's teen book about parents who died in an accident and siblings try to stay together. I believe it might have been set in England?

ABANDONED. Crow's nest - a kid (not sure if it's a boy or a girl) whose family moves into a highrise (tall building) of some sort that is some ways away from the bay, where grandpa used to watch the ships go by
