anyway, i dont no abt ur schools, but mine, we have cardiovascular machines nd other machines. so, call me crazy or whatever, but when i went on the exercise bike, nd had 2 do 2.3 miles, the fastest i went was 70some miles per hr. so yeah. anyway, it also depends on how long each class is. mines (i think) 40 mins long. last year, it was 50(2 periods, 25 min per period, from 5-7. gym-6 nd 7.)

anyway, its not like im not active. i dance on Wednesdays from 5-7:30. nd on Thursdays, 6:30-7:30, so i dance 3 1/2 hrs every week.
