That's great, Katie! I've been meaning to read this book for an age and I think if I have a Buddy reading it with me, I'll jump start my motivation to crack it open, lol.
Is there a specific day in August that would work best for you?

That's always sad when that happens. I've been meaning to read 57 Lives, though, so I'll try to read and review it soon.

Hi Heather, Olivia and Marianna! It's great to have you here with us! Feel free to make yourself at home and discuss Books of the Month, play games, and all that fun stuff. We're also holding nominations for next month's Books of the Month, if you're interested in suggesting a couple.
Welcome! ^-^

Way to go, Jessica! ^-^ Before long, us mods will need to start discussing next year's Banner challenge. =D
As for me, I only have seven read... >.>;

I just bought

San Francisco. (Lola and the Boy Next Door)

Hey, Lauren - we haven't read the first three in the series yet, so Sinner wouldn't qualify. Would you rather nominate Shiver, though?
And do you have a contemporary/real life nomination? You have to post one of each when nominating. :)

Beth from Dare You To

Fact.
Goodreads is addicting.

Let's be honest... I'm posting to remind people this thread exists.

Granted, but you discover that it drastically alters your future.
I wish I could read books all the time and ignore being an adult.

I dunno. Does Gayle Forman actually give the reader a proper ending in Where She Went or did she forget to write the last few chapters again? :P
I've been meaning to read the two I've nominated for a while, but I really LOVED both the ones Claudia nominated, too. #bookishproblems

So many good choices already! I won't know what to pick! XD

It's my favorite fairytale retelling series. So good!
And yes! I loved it! The movie is really good, too.

I'm so addicted to Warrior Cats. OHIMEAN, nuuuu. Of course I don't read them in my 20s... >.>;
And yup! I've been meaning to read the sequel for a while now.
HYR

You dooo. I loved it. XD
And no. :/ But I've seen the movie!
HYR

Yup! It took me a while to really get into it, but I liked the ending.

I know it's not YA but I LOVED it!

Just got into Veronica Mars not to long ago. I'm almost done with season one and LOVING it! The fact that a book series is being made about it only makes it that more awesome!

Well, City of Heavenly Fire IS 700 pages long. So don't feel too bad.
I'm currently reading
. I'm eager to read more of Cole's story.
