I usually write in Scrivener. For Linger I did everything in Scrivener and InDesign (with some help from a colleague).

I think I will keep doing it this way. My colleague says it's easier to format ebooks and print books with InDesign and--despite being a very advanced program--InDesign feels easier to use than MSWord.

Thanks for the invite, Jo. This will be a great way for us to share our experiences with formatting. :)
