I've gone through a publisher in the past and their demands are not realistic. It seems their agenda is to have the writer do all of the work, make little of the profit, and chop their work up to fit into their view of what it should be. It's even more difficult to publish poetry since it's not as mainstream as it should be.

Going Indie was the best thing I've ever done.
