90404 I've been watching Doctor Who on NetFlix. Started with season 1 from 2005 and just finished season 5. What a cool show. Heard a rumor of a Doctor Who movie coming out?

90404 I hope I'm not too late to join in the discussion. I'm new here and I am excited to participate.

I loved Harry Dresden. I read all of the series until there were no more. Unfortunately, a couple more have been published since then and I will probably have to re-read a couple before I try to continue with the new ones.

Also in the urban fantasy category, I really enjoyed reading the Repairman Jack series by F Paul Wilson. Jack is a man who lives off the grid in New York. He "fixes" situations for people who are otherwise not able to get help from the law. He is also a player/pawn in a supernatural battle between good and evil. Somewhat like Harry Dresden.

Another one of my favorites from my younger days is Watership Down. Think Fellowship of the Ring (sort of) but with rabbits instead of hobbits. The first time I read it, upon finishing the last page, I breathed a sigh of "wow" and flipped back to the first page to read it again. I have never done that with any book before or since.

This is a wonderful discussion. Really made me reflect.
