Truthfully, it has been such a weird month for me. I swear most the books I've read have been re-reads hahahaDo you have any potential books lined up?
I don't think I'll be following the prompts at all because I read so much manga the week previous haha. I'll see if I can sink in some AAPI books, but I'm in such a weird reading mood that I don't even know what I want to read tonight. Hopefully that changes before the weekend!
I might not follow the prompts, but I could totally use a reading escape this weekend-- AND use the time to try catching up on my Monthly TBR hahaha. I probably won't start until Friday-ish, but I'll try dedicating the week to reading ^_^

Update! Not including today (Wednesday) I've read 14 books! Some have been novellas and graphic novels-- I'm so glad I've fit in time for graphic novels <3 3 LGBT reads, but I just realized nothing has been written by a Black author -_-; I've got Japanese, Irish, English, Australian, but not one we are looking for. Guess that means once I get my TBR under control I'll pick up

Thanks!! I’m sitting here ready to go an hour early for this Skype interview. Cannot concentrate on reading... hopefully afterwards the anxiety will die down some.
I spent way too much time procrastinating prepping for my upcoming interview, so yesterday I ended up interview prepping, making blog posts, and scrolling through Twitter unable to get myself to pay attention to books much. I did get some reading in and I’m excited that I’m finally almost done with Seven Blades in Black. If I’m extremely lucky I’ll finish it today, but I’ll be happy to finish it by Friday.
Sure let's extend to Tuesday! I'll be somewhat busy these next few days, but perhaps it will convince me to keep reading huge amounts of Seven Blades of Black.
It's been busier than I expected this week, but I'm still doing pretty good with the reading. Today I'm helping my roommate pack, but I still should be able to fit in some quality reading.
I started and finished the Red Winter trilogy and LOVED it. Just in case anyone is looking for a story with Japanese magic, gods, and yokai this is one you should check out.
Congrats on finishing a book! Heretics Anonymous is one I've been thinking about reading here and there -- did you like it? Hope you find time to read something great today!
