Yay I'm finally going to be able to join in on this readathon. I'm pretty sure this will be my first time getting to participate so I'm excited. I hope I get a lot read.

I'm actually already a little over halfway through this one so I would like to finish the last 41% of it.






I will be starting this one today, but I doubt I will be able to finish it today so whatever I'm not able to get to today I would like to finish tomorrow.

Here's everything I managed to read this week. I also participated in the 24in48 readathon over the weekend so that definitely helped with my totals.

Monday 15 I read all of This One Summer a total of 320 page. I also read 94 pages of The Help

Tuesday 16 I read all of The Funny Thing Is... a total of 192 pages and I read 40 more pages of The Help

Wednesday 17 I read all of Ronaldo: Rudi's Birthday Extravaganza which was 167 pages and I read 104 pages of The Help.

Thursday 18 I read 103 pages of The Help which brought me to the end of the book.

Friday 19 I read all of Becoming the Dark Prince which was 67 pages. I think that's all I am going to read for today because I am starting the 24in48 readadthon at 12:01 so I am going to take a little break to gear up for that.

Saturday 20 I got a pretty good bit of reading done today thanks to the #24in48readathon. I read all of Memento which was 82 pages. I read all of When Summer Ends which was 288 pages and I read 238 pages of Hunting Prince Dracula. I also read over a short story that a friend is writing for a contest and it was 12 pages.

Sunday 21 I read 196 pages of Hunting Prince Dracula which brought me to the end of the book. I also read all of Ronaldo: The Flying Reindeer Academy which was 84 pages.

I ended up reading all but 1 book that I had on my original TBR and I also added a few. This is the best I have ever done with this readathon and I am so happy with my accomplishments for the week. Now to see if I can keep up the momentum for my own readathon #Tropeathon which starts today.

I'm not participating in the Reading Rush but I am continuing from this into my own readathon that I am cohosting with a friend called Tropeathon. So I will have participated in 3 readathons back to back.

I'm not 100% sure on what I am going to be reading this week but I will share some books that I will possibly read. I will update this post throughout the readathon. The Last 2 days of this readathon coinsides with the 24in48 readathon so I have included my TBR for that readathon as well.

The 24in48 readathon is the 20th &21st which I am participating and then the readathon that I am cohosting starts on the 22nd. I will try to join in on this readathon but I have no clue what I will be reading yet.

There's still 2 hours left but I'm not going to be reading anymore so I thought I would go ahead and share what I was able to read this week.
I started reading The Space Between Time by Charlie Laidlaw I have the ebook of it that was sent to me so it doesn't tell me what page I am on it just tells me the percentage. I made it 18% through last night before bed which was the first four chapters but I feel like it should be more than that.

Today was a long day. My husband had a doctors appointment that was a little over an hour away and then I've just been feeling really exhausted lately so I didn't do much of anything after we got home.

I continued with today but I only managed to read 1 chapter of it which was 4% which means I've read 22% of this book so far.

Tuesday
~The Space Between Time 4%

Since I'm struggling with I decided to pick up which is a bind up of 3 novellas in The Darkest Minds series. I managed to read 1 of the short stories which was 98 pages.

Wednesday
~ Through the Dark 98 pages

The day got away from me so once again I ended up reading nothing. This is proving to not be a very successful readathon for me this time around.

Thursday
~ Once again nothing

I ended up having to return Through the Dark to the library before I was able to finish it so I went back to The Space Between Time and I managed to get a big chunk of it read. I made it 52% of the way through.

I had planned on participating in the last one and then I completely forgot about it until it was to late so I am going to try to participate this time. I have several review books that I need to get read so I will mostly be focusing on all of those and if I'm able I will try to include at least one book with LGBTQIA+ rep.

I am failing at remembering to post my updates on here. Now I don't remember the pages that I read but I do know that I was able to complete Gemina in its entirety. I was also able to finish Crooked Kingdom and I continued on with my buddy read of The Darkest Legacy. I didn't get as far as I planned because we ended up not reading on Easter Sunday but I would still call this a success.

I just realized I haven't done any updates for this readathon since it started. So far I have managed:

Crooked Kingdom Complete 536 pages
I started at page 264 so I read 272 pages of this during the readathon.

The Darkest Legacy 312/569 pages read
I started at page 142 so I've read 170 pages during this readathon.

I plan to start Daughter of Smoke & Bone Tonight and possibly start the audiobook for Gemina as well as continue with The Darkest Legacy.

I had so much success with the last round that I'm hoping this one will be the same. So for this round I am not going to be doing the challenges because I am already in the middle of books that will not fit and any other book I might manage to read won't count either.

Daughter of Smoke & Bone

I just want to continue with the books I am currently reading. I won't be reading anymore of The Darkest Legacy than I was already planning on because it is a buddy read and we are only reading 4 chapters a day so if I stay on track with that I should get to page 403.

My main goal for this is to get through Crooked Kingdom and hopefully be able to start Daughter of Smoke and Bone.

Getting ready to go to bed so I though I would go ahead and wrap up my reading progress for this readathon.

Total books finished: 2 In The Afterlight and A Court of Thorns and Roses both of which I was already reading when this readathon started so I also completed the prompt finish a book you are currently reading. From Friday-Sunday I read a total of 565 pages.

I say this readathon was a complete success because I completed everything that I wanted too.

I'm definitely going to be joining in on this. I have 2 books I really want to finish. One of which I know for sure I will be finishing on the last day of the month but the other one I haven't been so sure about. This readathon is just what I needed for the extra motivation. I will be counting Friday as well.

All I've read today was my 4 chapters from my buddy read of Never Fade which was 60 pages. This readathon hasn't gone to plan.

I have had a migraine pretty much all day today so I haven't gotten much read today. I read the next 4 chapters of my buddy read book Never Fade which was 68 pages and that's probably going to be all I get read today.
