88432 So I didn't personally find this to really be a "mystery". More like....tense family drama. The book was still very good though. I enjoyed all of the characters and think it's a great book portraying the issues with substance abuse and corruption in police that is happening. It's sad imagining that this likely happens in every city. Though clearly not every officer is like this, I'm sure there are a few..

88432 I hope everyone (who celebrates) had a nice Easter yesterday, and if not, I hope you had a nice relaxing Sunday.

88432 Lol...my boyfriend is trying to convince me to start vlogging.

I enjoy reviewing things; be it books, anime, food, etc. Someone actually messaged me on here saying they had searched for me on YouTube and my bf was like "see I've been tellllling you to do this". But idk I'm honestly a really shy person. I think the fear of people commenting mean things on my stuff scares me. People can be so cruel on the internet

88432 Just now picking this one up - and I realized I'm somewhat familiar with the location. I'm from not very far from the Philly area (originally)!! It's always interesting reading books that are set near where I grew up. I recently had a talk with my younger brother (he is 17) who was on a day trip with a friend in Philly about the drug problem there. It really is pretty bad depending on where in the city you are. Certain streets there's just open drug use and dealing...

Anyways! On to the book
