88432 I've read A is for Alibi and a few more in that series. I don't remember the details of the book itself, but I remember about the series in general...
- female private investigator
- crime fiction series
- set on the West Coast of the USA (not LA, I think its a fictional small city a bit south of LA)
- set before mobile phones, DNA, etc.

Some ideas for linking books: a crime fiction series, books starring a female investigator, crime fiction books not involving forensic science, a LONG series of books (the author got up to "Y is for..."), an unfinished series of books (author passed away), books involving the alphabet...

I'm happy to read A is for Alibi again if thats helpful Annalisa, its been a few years since I read it.

88432 I’ve gotten a little bogged down by reading a classic, but I should finish tonight - completion post coming tomorrow. I’ll move onto some crime fiction after that, I read those quickly so will get a few cards covered :)

88432 I have my physical bookshelves organised by colour, so I can definitely help with the coloured cards. I’m a mood reader so I’m not sure what I’ll pick up first!

88432 Hi team!
I'm Elise from Sydney, Australia. I haven't played UNO for a few years, but I've previously captained a few teams.
I read pretty widely, but not a lot of romance or horror.
I had a look through my reads for last year - I didn't read as much as normal as I had a baby! A lot of rereads! I loved House of Earth and Blood.

Here's my Uno shelf

Hope to see you all back for UNO in 2019 :)

When you're marking a book as read, you should be able to click on the drop down arrow to add it to additional shelves - does that work for you?

88432 There is approx 10 hrs left, so please let me know asap if you add anything else before the end of the challenge!

I've added everything we have so far, and we are 5 books short of finishing the last hand, which is amazing.

Please also double check your UNO shelves to make sure everything you have read this month is on your shelf -there are a few books I haven't been able to use as they haven't been shelved.

Post if you finish anything :)

88432 Only a few days left of the challenge!

Can you please make sure you have added ALL your books to your UNO shelf so we can use them all.

If your book was started after april 12 and hasn't been used for the mini challenge (you can check the spreadsheet here) please let me know if it fits any prompt so we can get some bonus points.

Thank you in advance to everyone for your participation in UNO, both to those who have hung in from the start as well as our recent additions!

If you would like to, please share what your favourite read during UNO has been!

Looking back, I'd say The Perfect Nanny (I read it in 3 hours - couldn't put it down!) and The Cruel Prince were my favourite books of the last 3 months.

88432 Jessica - I added Caraval to a card, but I wanted to see if it would fit the prompt "set in a different world (i.e. not Earth)" for the mini challenge?
