So if the book you want to read for the mini challenge has the same genre on the information page, listed on the right, it will work for the challenge. (((Fiction is probably a bit vague, so I would go for one of the more specific genres, like "Classics" or "Fantasy" "Feminism" "Science Fiction" and so on.)))

Thanks Kristel! Wasn't too bad, just one woozy spell and felt fine the rest of the day. My arm is red and swollen around the shot but it's less today, minimal reaction. but darn my arm is sore! lol

I've read several of Backman's books and he always does a great job. My favorite is still Ove, so touching by the end. Anxious People was so good too! I was amazed at how the author tied so much together by the end. Top notch!

I have been reading for another challenge so I've been getting through more than I originally put down for sign ups. I don't think I'll be keeping the pace though, next week at work is busy.. full schedule. Hoping today I can finish another book or two as I got my second Covid shot and am feeling a bit woozy, so I'll take it as a good excuse to curl up on the couch and read :D

Whew! I got 2 of the color covers done... they were quick listens, so I was happy to get them finished. I'm ahead of myself and my projected reads. Time to listen to a longer one. At night I'm reading Island of the Blue Dolphins, it's interesting... it would be a tough read for a young child, sort of brutal.

It only needs to fill one of those. It's like that for all of the books you read, for our "special colored cards" it has to have both the cover color and 1 of those other features.

I'm going to suggest you just play this round to get a hang of it. Don't worry about the cover color this round.

The red 0 card I was going to read was a Stand Alone, it isn't part of a series.
