JL, Susan (my mum) has a yellow book that will work but I can ask on yours still or if you don't mind waiting for next month as it works for yellow 6.

I am good with it being a mustard yellow and that is a fun site but in general, UNO suggests against using websites and such as that one tends to put everything into one of the 3 color groups without brown or other colors. We can ask the captain group if you would like.

I'm glad you found some audios. I am working through some classics on audio as I walk each morning.

-15 C is colder then where I live gets usually, but we are still below 0 C most days and will stay there for a while.

Ingeborg, It applies for all types of reread, sorry. Audi is considered the same as reading for all books so it would need to be > 6 months.

I've been wanting to read that one. Good to know that the audio book is good. It is also 30,000 words on ARBooks so good on all accounts.

I lived as a child for a few years on a farm that I remember losing water with power since we were on an electric well. It is no fun. I hope you have some water stored and can stay warm. Take care of yourself.

Boston is actually quite nice for February though we might get some more snow tomorrow. There is maybe a foot or so on the ground but most sidewalks and roads clear.

All of those are usable. Also very similar plots and magical environments so pick whichever you like best. Also, yes the castle flies and has a magical door that opens in different places.

You still need to add a read date but thank you for putting it on your UNO shelf. Without a read date, we cannot use it.

We have a little more guidance on the mini-challenge. There needs to be more of a connection than a single initial, so on that note, I think that female author is too tenuous. I have made some suggestions on the spreadsheet for more creative connections. We only need 40 books and need quite a bit more than that for the month so we should be fine if a few don’t fit.

There were too many new people and different reading levels to balance out chatty teams this year so not everyone on this team likes to chat, which is fine, but the checking in once a week stands for all teams.

It is part of the rules: "If you don't think you can make it onto Goodreads once per week (even if you haven't read anything) then UNO is not for you."

There is sadly a history of people ghosting in UNO, and captains and mods especially put a lot of work into making UNO and the minis.

However, Val you have been quite chatty.

Edited: öykü did sign up specifically for a chatty team so I assume Daniela meant specifically and not generally but the rest of my comment still stands.

I will add to the chatter and suggest The Thirty Names of Night as an absolutely beautiful book but content warnings for death during childbirth/stillbirth not of MC if that is something you want to avoid.
