I started reading this book this week, and I wanted to recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good introduction to the semantic web and RDF. I really like the way the book is structured, and the authors use good examples to explain the concepts. It's a technical book that is actually a pleasure to read! Any other recommendations from folks for good, practical semantic web-related books?
I'd like to nominate Wildwood by Colin Melon and Carson Ellis, and Silent Spring by Rachel Carson (50th anniversary!)
I'm with Arianna: I'll read anything. Right now I'm reading The World is Flat (yup, a few years late on that one), and I've recently read The Parable of the Sower, The Casual Vacancy, The Happiness Project, and The Modern Middle East. I generally like to alternate between fiction and non-fiction, and to try to tuck some fiction classics in there, as well.
