"Anyway, you can't have anything with you. You just need hope. I do know that all three of you, will be in different parts of my house." Isabella says. "If you want Amy, Kerlita could stay with me, in my room."

"Yeah right. She could be anywhere. My vampire hearing, will pick up where she is, but if she's on the run, I'll pick up a whole lot of things. Plus, if you go look, every vamp will know that there are people here who aren't vamps, if they don't know already." Isabella said.

Isabella just stares at the sky. "Why Soph? Why? I thought we were best friends?" Isabella mumbles.

"I don't know. Even if I did, I couldn't tell you. You can't study for it. You can't do this test, without something. The only thing you do need, is bravery." Isabella said.

"So, um, this never happened to me before, but I do know that all three of you need a chaperone kind of person. I'll ask my dad. Trust me, I'll be with you guys the whole time." Isabella says.

"They aren't." Sophie's mom said. With that, she was gone im a poof of smoke.

"These tests aren't. Could all three of you sleepover here tomorrow night?" Sophie's mom said.

"The first one, will be taken tomorrow night." Sophie's mom said.

"No. The vamp council, will put you three under three tests, for three days. Basically one test per day." Sophie's mom said.

"Sophie? She would never do that to me. We're best friends. Best friends don't do that. Best friends, keep the secrets, not tell them." Isabella said.

"Yes, Sophie. My daughter Sophie." Sophie's mom said. "I am not a witch either." she tells Comet.

"I, um, well, I didn't exactly say it. I was thinking it..." Isabella says.

"I don't want to hear excuses. You broke the First Law of Night, and you have to be punished. My daughter, Sophie, came and told me." the woman said, cutting Isabella off.

Before Isabella could answer, a poof of smoke appeared. There, is part of the vamp council. There is a woman, in a knee length skirt, and a maching shirt. The man with her, is short, in a dark purple suit.

"So, Isabella. I heard that you had broke the First Law of Night." the woman said.

"Vamps, have really good hearing, and speed. Sure we don't fly or anything, but we can track you down on the VVV." Isbella said.

"Research? If you say one word, one word to your kind, vamps around the world, will never forgive you, if they found out. Especially me." Isabella says.

"Sunlight? That doesn't bother us, as long as we have 'Vamp Sunscreen' on. If we don't or if we have humans, we'll turn to ash or something." Isabella said.

"Yeah. I'm not like that, as you can tell. I give everyone a chance. Vamps have been dangerous, since the nineteen hundreds, when humans started to get the stakes out. We did nothing to them, to get them like that." Isabella said.

"Still. Vamps can get very dangerous, if they see someone that isn't one of them." Isabella says.
