sorry if that wasn't very clear - I mean the first line of the FIRST paragraph obviously. That's the one I want as zero indent. If I use the style buttons for this, will Kindle keep it that way or does it automatically format an indent? Thanks :)

Hi all - I'm over from a couple of the other groups, including promotion and marketing, where I have a little thread going for new people - of which I am one.

I have one short thriller, The Villager, published on Kindle and am soon to release a full length crime thriller, Pursuit. My challenge is formatting for Kindle, and any help I can get would be greatly appreciated. I managed okay with my first attempt by simply clearing out all the formatting clutter, but one thing I can't do - keep the first line as zero indent but keep the other para indents in place. Will go trawling for help but if anyone wants to point me in the right direction that would be marvellous.
