Hi Roberta,
I give myself permission to be out of balance. Right now I'm unemployed so it works to my advantage. Once I go back to work, things will change. I also take a week or two off between books to clear my mind. It helps me decide which story I will write next. Thanks for stopping by and commenting.

Thinking first helps cut down a lot on the edit process. ;)

Thanks, Marian. The next book, "According to Legend" will come out in November. It's a time-travel romance which has a prophecy, a quest, a love triangle and a wolf!

This is probably a pretty common question, but I'm wondering if you have a specific process when you write. It's interesting to hear the ways different people develop stories.
Thanks,

Hi Penny,
Thanks for sstopping by. When I have an idea for a story, I generally let it stew around in my mind for a while. When I know the beginning, turning point and how it will end, I begin writing. I do not have an outline. I usually allow my characters to tell their story. I write fast, no editing. I edit only after I have completed the book. Hope this answers your question.
