I loved that book too, and like Augie I set my expectations pretty high for this book. It was still a good and fun read though!

I haven't read it but "Diamond Willow" sounds really great and creative.

"What my mother doesn't know" is a great book but it honestly is a book to read for fun and doesn't make a very strong statement.
