50x66 Discussion for reading chapters 8 through 14 (stop 15).
Nov 12, 2018 01:33PM

50x66 This is for discussion including only topics from the first set of chapters and the prologue of the book.

I think I am also confusing myself, so for clarification, should it be from Ch. 1 and read up to Ch. 7 or read chapters 1 through 7 (end when you get to chapter 8)?

I think that will be a good idea! I most likely won't be able to fully follow the general 7 chapters a day with working 7 days a week, but I think the separate discussion threads will help everyone to discuss the book without feeling as though they are too far behind the other members (hopefully).

As of right now yes, just so we each have a general idea of where everyone is in the book, and each chapter is fairly short so it won't feel as though it is taking a long time to read the book.
Do you have other ideas for structuring?

I think spreading it out is a good idea. If you read an average of 7 chapters per day (which is about 50ish pages a day), you will finish on the last day of TT, so I think that is just a general guideline to follow if you want to make sure you finish before TT ends. I know for sure there will be some days I can read more and some days I may not have time to read much at all.

50x66 Hi, I'm Audrey. I am 26, and I am from the Southwest US. I am excited to finally read this book (It was the book I wanted to read last TT and never started) with everyone!

what is the paper about?

50x66 Do we want to have separate threads for each set of 7 chapters or structure it differently? I also realized after the fact that I could have just made a discussion group rather than a full group for this.
