I've been taking an online course this summer, so most of my reading has been related to that. I have read a few quick paperbacks though. I realm liked the ending of Defending Jacob by William Landay.
Resistant by Michael Palmer was TERRIBLE.
Harvest by Robert Pobi was okay. I would have edited out quite a bit, but he did manage to bring in some humour into a dark plot. I can't remember the name of the novel that I'm currently working on; it's in the car right now and it's not good enough to bother making a special trip outside.

Warren is going through a difficult time right now, but mom is well. I'm happy for you.

I returned to work half-time last fall, but that was a HUGE mistake. This year I'm just planning on subbing. How are you?

Hi Francesca! I'm sorry that it's been so long. I MISS YOU! I thought about you last month on your birthday. I'm back on goodreads so we can stay in touch. I love the idea of reading around the world Lyndsay. Count me in!

I haven't started it yet. It will have to wait until tomorrow or Thursday. I'm worried that I'll be up all night reading if I start tonight.

I was finally able to pick it up.

I still haven't picked it up yet.

How is it that the two of you happen to have the same books? Just curious.

I thought it was fantastic! It's weird to think that she's the same age as me.

She'll be in Edmonton on Friday, but I have a scheduling conflict. I need to be in Athabasca that morning, and I don't feel like making a special trip to the city.

I actually noticed a couple of editing mistakes as well. Very disappointing.

After reading a few Aussie articles about the kidnapping, I have decided to download his book from kobo. The articles I read seem to blame Amanda for the entire ordeal. It would be interesting to read his (and his sisters') perspective. I have to say that as of right now, I'm not a big fan of his.

I just broke down after reading the last line of chapter 41. Heartbreaking
