I'm currently reading Dickens' Dombey and Son and am almost finished. It's not the best Dickens I've ever read, but its definitely good. I really liked Oliver Twist and was surprised to hear someone thinking it was boring comment 41...I think that was my favorite Dickens yet...and of course, Dracula was one of best all time horror stories ever written so I would agree with you saying its off the charts....Stoker's other stuff is OK but nowhere near as good as D. The Jewel of Seven Stars (Stoker's Egyptian mummy come to life story) is probably his next best in my opinion.
