Hi all, just putting a plug in for my translation of a book called A New Hamet by Osamu Dazai, a famous Japanese writer. He took the characters and setting from Hamlet and put his own humorous yet sad spin on them. Dazai wrote this book in a "lesedrama" format, which is basically a play that is meant to be read (and not performed). The writing is introspective and focuses on the struggles of a young person trying to fight for integrity in a world of adult pretension.Check it out if you're interested, and please let me know what you think!
