Hi! Well, my sister dubbed me the poetry blogger. I do interview authors too.http://population-we.blogspot.com/
Someday I hope to own the book and read it. My elderly neighbor surprised me with the DVD years ago. She was laughing sweetly when I called to thank her. It was one of her favorites and I had never seen it. I rather liked it but you really had to pay attention to body language to keep from missing things. It would be interesting to see how it compares to the book.
I was excited to join this group but did not know if I would ever actually own a book that you were having a group read about and time it right. We actually do have this book as my dad read it about a year ago. I thought it was too ambitious for me to tackle. Maybe I will give it a try but I have a lot of reading to do before I do.
Hi! I'm from Omaha, NE I very much enjoy classics such as Little Women and Anne of Green Gables. I have had a goal to improve my background in the Classics for some years. I went to a high school with a good program but was intimidated by a lot of classes so did not avail myself of all the opportunities there. I will probably expand on this later. At present, I know a lot about the Classics from watching the dog Wishbone on PBS.
