Hi! I'm Laura, from Ohio, and I'm a 20-something software engineer.

I've been an avid reader my whole life but since I got married I haven't read as much, my husband doesn't read anything but technical books. I enjoy pretty much everything except for romance and anything that is too depressing, but I especially enjoy sci-fi, fantasy, young adult literature, historical fiction, and historical and science non-fiction. My favorite book of all time is Alexandre Dumas' The Three Musketeers. I joined this group to motivate me to start reading more again.

If I could have any super power I would love to have the power to be in two places simultaneously! So that one part of me could be doing the things that have to be done and the other part could do the things that I want to get done.
