Hello, my name is Sarah and I am just discovering Good Reads and think it is my dream site!

Favourite drink - tea during the day, red wine or G&T out of hours.

I think that favourite author is difficult as I tend to read depending on how I am feeling, but if I want some humour I will read Terry Pratchett, my comfort read will be Georgette Heyer (like Doris!). I like to try out books that I have read a good review of or where I just like the look of the summary on the back! I do love poetry, tending towards older stuff but if it speaks to me then I enjoy it.

I did English Lit A'Level - which will tell you that I am from the UK/England and enjoyed reading the classics (although am I the only person who wasn't sold on Wuthering Heights?).

I want to discover more so made it a goal for the year to read a Dickens novel, I have bought Great Expectations, as I like the story, but have to admit that I just keep looking at it! I am hoping this group will help me get going!
