78394 A brilliant book! King has such a deft touch. He can convey such emotion - fear, anxiety, horror - in just a few sentences.

78394 “A pox o’ your throat, you bawling, blasphemous, incharitable dog!”

Ah, gotta love the Bard!

78394 Hi all!

I'm a writing and Mass Communications instructor, so I've done the class thing, but I also just love to read, so really agree with the idea of exploring the classics without pressure!

Favorite author? Shakespeare definitely! Hemingway and not just because I'm from Florida! It would be hard to name one favorite.

Favorite sound? Actually I like silence when I read and write. I'm easily distracted!

78394 I just saw a version of Midsummer Night's Dream with Diana Riggs on TV this afternoon. Everyone was painted green! ha! One of my favorites!

Had a little trouble following Henry V, so how about covering some of the histories?
