It's hard to imagine it's from the same guys that created Glee. I watched the first season of American Horror Story - it always kept me on the edge of my seat. Never what I expected. Hope you like it! (It's pretty dark.)

John Updike - he won the Pulitzer Prize for fiction twice. Once for Rabbit Is Rich and Rabbit at Rest. Might be a good place to start!

I want to see The Hobbit, Lincoln, and Argo.

We saw Hotel Transylvania and Wreck It Ralph recently (despite not having children). They were fun movies!

Me too! I think he's perfect even though his portrayal is much different than in the short stories.

I love that the episodes are 90 minutes long, but I just can't help but wanting more, too! :)

I love SHERLOCK. It's one of my favorite shows. I'm a big fan of Freeman and Cumberbatch as Watson and Holmes. I think they both do a terrific job. I'm so excited when it's starts up again. I guess the Hobbit and the new Star Trek movie will just have to hold me over :)

Yup! We're the same. We have an awesome antenna and just subscribe to Hulu and Netflix for cable-related shows!

I've been playing Little Inferno on the WiiU. And just for fun on my iPhone, Tiny Tower and Pocket Planes.

I'm reading The Last Resort. It's the memoir of a writer from Zimbabwe who chronicles the journey of his family's farm under the Mugabe rule. It's very compelling.

There were a few books I read and re-read as a kid: Island of the Blue Dolphins, A Wrinkle of Time, and Anne of Green Gables. I also loved the Nancy Drew series, The Boxcar Children, and The Chronicles of Narnia. Oh! And the Little House on the Prairie.
